Return Policy

Custom items that are incorrectly stamped due to an error by Citrus will be replaced and shipped at no charge.

Custom items can be returned at a later date to allow additional names/words/dates to be stamped (ie. add another child’s name), space permitting. Stamping is always free. We ask that you cover the postage back and forth from Citrus when you want to add more stamping. Get in touch when your family grows.

We regret that custom items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond the scenarios above, due to the personalized nature of the product.

Return or exchange of non-personalized items in unused condition are welcome within 30 days of purchase. Unused condition refers to the item being unworn beyond trying it on. Customer is responsible for return postage and re-ship fees (if applicable).

Non-personalized items may be exchanged within 90 days if the product is defective or breaks resulting from the wear and tear of an average person. The Customer is responsible for return postage.

For hygenic reasons, earrings are final sale.

All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us with details of your return to receive a RA number prior to sending the item back.
