 will stamp and prepare your order for shipping within 5-7 business days.

We use Canada Post express service within Canada and the US.  Compared to regular mail it provides faster, traceable shipping and offers insurance on your package.  Or, if you prefer, choose FedEx Ground service at checkout.  Either way, your package should arrive within approximately 10 business days from when you placed your order. 

To ship even faster, choose the FedEx Priority Overnight option at checkout and your package will be delivered next business day to most urban areas in Canada and the US from when it is stamped; within approximately 6 business days from when your order was placed.

During checkout, you will be given a postage rate for each of the above shipping options, based on the shipping address that you have provided in your order.  You choose the shipping method of your choice.

If you're able to pick-up in Toronto's Roncesvalles Village at Planet Kid, 87 Roncesvalles Ave. (3.5 blocks north of Queen St. W.), order online and choose ‘Pick up at Planet Kid’ during checkout.  Orders will be ready for pick-up within 1 week, and you'll save the shipping!

For goods shipped outside of Canada, please note that when your package is delivered, you may be charged customs, duty, or local taxes, depending on the customs regulations in your country.


returns
Custom items that are incorrectly stamped due to an error by will be replaced and shipped at no charge.

Custom items can be returned at a later date to allow additional words/dates to be stamped (ie. add another child's name), space permitting.  No additional fees apply for stamping.  Customer is responsible for return postage and re-ship fees.

We regret that custom items cannot be returned or exchanged beyond the scenarios above, due to the personalized nature of the product.

Non-personalized items, such as chains, may be exchanged within 30 days if the product is defective or breaks resulting from the wear and tear of an average person.  The Customer is responsible for return postage.  If the purchaser wishes to return or exchange a non-personalized item that is in unused condition, they may do so within 15 days of purchase and pay the return and re-ship fees.

Due to the delicate nature of our Rings, they are final sale.  For hygenic reasons, Earrings are also final sale.

All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Please contact assistance@citrussilver.com with details of return to receive a RA number prior to returning any items.
